<Seg L=EN-US>For installation of air-conditioning equipment with a rated refrigerating power of above 5 kilowatts but below 30 kilowatts without application to the environmental protection departments for examination and approval, the environmental protection departments may order the suspension of the use of such equipment and demand the making up for the required formalities. In addition, a fine of RMB 500 to 5,000 may be imposed.

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 安装制冷额定电功率５千瓦以上不满３０千瓦空调设备，未向环境保护部门办理申请审批手续的，环境保护部门可以责令停止使用、补办手续，并可处以５００元以上５０００元以下的罚款。

<Seg L=EN-US>Installation of air-conditioning equipment with a rated refrigerating power of above 30 kilowatts without application for examination and approval in accordance with the provisions in the construction project with respect to the environmental protection shall be penalized by the environmental protection departments in accordance with the aforesaid provisions.

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 安装制冷额定电功率３０千瓦以上空调设备，未按照建设项目环境保护的有关规定办理申请审批手续的，由环境保护部门依照建设项目环境保护的有关规定予以处罚。

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 违反本规定，安装空调设备占用人行道的，由市政工程管理部门和公安部门依照城市道路交通管理的有关规定予以处罚。

<Seg L=EN-US>Installation of air-conditioning equipment in violation of the provisions regarding the administration of superior modern buildings protection in this Municipality shall be penalized by the historical relics administrative departments and the real estate administrative departments in accordance with the relevant provisions regarding the administration of superior modern buildings protection in this Municipality.

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 违反本市优秀近代建筑保护管理规定安装空调设备的，由文物管理部门和房地管理部门依照优秀近代建筑保护管理的有关规定予以处罚。

<Seg L=EN-US>Acts of altering weight-bearing structure of buildings without authorization when installing air-conditioning equipment in violation of these Provisions and jeopardizing the safety of buildings shall be penalized by the planning administrative departments in accordance with the relevant regulations of the urban planning administration.

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 违反本规定，安装空调设备擅自改变房屋承重结构，影响房屋安全的，由规划管理部门依照城市规划管理的有关规定予以处罚。

<Seg L=EN-US>Those who hinder or obstruct the government employees in performing their duties shall be penalized by the public security departments in accordance with the law. In case the violation constitutes a crime, the offender shall be prosecuted for the criminal liability by the judicial departments.

<Seg L=ZH-CN> 对妨碍、阻挠国家工作人员依法执行公务的，由公安部门依法处理；构成犯罪的，由司法部门依法追究刑事责任。
