{0>兹根据被保险人填具之要保声明书，并鉴于被保险人已给付保费，特出立本保险单。被保险人同意以该要保书暨声明书作为订立本保险契约的基础并视作本保险的组成部分。<}0{>Whereas the Insured by a proposal and declaration which shall be the basis of this Contract and is deemed to be incorporated herein and has applied to China Communications Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “China Communications Insurance”) for the insurance hereinafter contained and has paid the Premium as consideration for such insurance.<0}

{0>在本保险单有效期间内，如被保险人在中国广东省境内发生确属本保险单应负责的外来明显意外事故，中国交通保险保险有限公司(以下简称“中国交通保险”)当按照后开保险条款或批文提供保障。<}0{>Now this Policy Witnesses that if during the Period of Insurance the Insured shall suffer bodily injury within the territory of Guangdong Province, P.R.C. resulting solely and directly from accident caused by violent external and visible means which shall be directly and independently of any other cause, then China Communications Insurance shall subject to the Terms, Conditions and Exceptions contained herein or endorsed hereon provide the Benefits to the extent specified in the Schedule.<0}

{0>第一节　　紧急救治医疗费用<}0{>SECTION 1　 EMERGENCY MEDICAL EXPENSES<0}

{0>最高保障限额：每宗事故港币260,000圆<}0{>Limit of Benefits: HKD260,000 per event<0}

{0>在保险有效期内，若被保险人在中国广东省境内发生确属明显外来意外事故所直接引致之明显身体损伤，而需要紧急救治医疗，在本保险单之最高保障限额之内，中国交通保险将为被保险人支付由法律上合格的医师、医生、謢士及医院因施救所缴收的必要及合理救治费用。<}0{>If during the Period of Insurance the Insured shall suffer bodily injury within the territory of Guangdong Province, P.R.C. resulting solely and directly from accident caused by violent external and visible means which shall be directly and independently of any other cause result in emergency medical expenses, then China Communications Insurance will indemnify the Insured against the necessary and reasonable costs of such emergency medical expenses charged by a legally qualified medical practitioner, physician, nurse and/or hospital up to the maximum Limit of Benefits specified in this Policy.<0}

{0>中国交通保险之“广东省意外急救医疗保险卡”(以下简称 “医疗卡”)是由中国卫生部及中国解放军总后勤部卫生部特许认可作为缴付紧急救治医疗费用之方式，通用于中国卫生部、解放军总后勤部卫生部认定之紧急救援网络医院，而被保险人无须预付按金。<}0{>“Accidental Emergency Medical Card” issued by China Communications Insurance (hereinafter called “our medical card”) is recognized and approved by The Ministry of Health P.R. China and The Bureau of Medical Administration Health Department of the General Logistics Department People’s Liberation Army of China. Our medical card will be accepted by MOH International Assistance Net-work Hospitals and the hospital network of The Bureau of Medical Administration Health Department of the General Logistics Department People’s Liberation Army of China as a means of payment for providing necessary emergency medical treatments to the Insured without requiring any deposit payment. <0}{0>但被保险人仍需自行负责支付超出本保险单之最高保障限额之医疗费用给予施救者。<}0{>Nevertheless the Insured shall be responsible for paying medical expenses exceeding the maximum Limit of Benefits to the medical providers directly.<0}

{0>使用中国交通保险之医疗卡<}0{>Using Medical Card Issued by China Communications Insurance<0}

{0>遇有事故，被保险人只须依从下列事项索偿即可：<}0{>In case of an accident, the Insured shall:<0}

{0>1.1 向中国卫生部、解放军总后勤部卫生部认定之紧急救援网络医院出示医疗卡, 即可获得救治；及此后<}0{>1.1 present our medical card to MOH International Assistance Net-work Hospitals and the hospital network of The Bureau of Medical Administration Health Department of the General Logistics Department People’s Liberation Army of China for immediate treatment, and thereafter<0}

{0>1.2 填妥索偿表；及<}0{>1.2 complete the claim form and;<0}

{0>1.3 提供是次意外之证明或说明。<}0{>1.3 provide evidence or report of the alleged accident.<0}

{0>中国交通保险审核由施救医院/医疗单位直接交予之索偿等文件后,以转帐方式向有关医疗单位支付该医疗费用。<}0{>China Communications Insurance will verify the claim documentation submitted from the hospital/clinic concerned and reimburse the medical expenses to them directly.<0}

{0>不使用中国交通保险之医疗卡<}94{>Not Using Our Medical card<0}

{0>若被保险人不使用中国交通保险之医疗卡作为缴付紧急救治医疗费用之方式,可直接将以下文件递交中国交通保险索赔:<}0{>In the event of the Insured paying the emergency medical expenses without using our medical card, the Insured can submit the following claims documentation to China Communications Insurance directly:<0}
