Article 41. Any application for a trademark registration and for other matters concerning a trademark shall be subject to payment of the fee as prescribed. The schedule of fees shall be prescribed separately.

第四十二条 本法的实施细则，由国务院工商行政管理部门制定，报国务院批准施行。

Article 42. The Implementing Regulations under this Law shall be drawn up by the administrative authority for industry and commerce under the State Council. They shall enter into force after they have been submitted to and approved by the State Council.

第四十三条 本法自１９８３年３月１日起施行。

Article 43. This Law shall enter into force on March 1, 1983.

１９６３年４月１０日国务院公布的《商标管理条例》同时废止；其他有关商标管理的规定，凡与本法抵触的，同时失效。

 The "Regulations Governing Trademarks" promulgated by the State Council on April 10, 1963 shall be abrogated on the same date, and any other provisions concerning trademarks contrary to this Law shall cease to be effective at the same time.

本法施行以前已经注册的商标继续有效。

Trademarks registered before this Law enters into force shall continue to be valid.
