Where a country (region) discriminatorily imposes anti-dumping measures on the exports from the People's Republic of China, China may, on the basis of the actual situations, take corresponding measures against that country (region). 第五十七条商务部负责与反倾销有关的对外磋商、通知和争端解决事宜。 Article 57. MOFCOM is responsible for foreign-related consultations, notification and dispute settlements concerning anti-dumping activities. 第五十八条商务部可以根据本条例制定有关具体实施办法。 Article 58. MOFCOM may, in accordance with these Regulations, formulate specific implementing measures. 第五十九条本条例自 Article 59. These Regulations shall be effective as of 1 January 2002.
