第五章进出口监测和临时措施

第五十七条有下列情形之一的，国务院外经贸主管部门可以对特定货物的出口采取限制或者禁止的临时措施：

（一）发生严重自然灾害等异常情况，需要限制或者禁止出口的；

第七章法律责任
